Dropship FAQs

How does dropshipping work?

1. Customer buys product from you/your site.
2. You receive the order and payment from your customer.
3. You forward the order to us and pay the cost of goods.
4. We ship the products to your customer.

How do I submit my dropship order to you?

1. Website - submit the order on our website, providing your customer's SHIPPING ADDRESS, while providing your information for the rest.
2. Email - submit your orders to us by email with the customer's information and the order itself.  (this would require us to keep credit card information on file in order to process each order as they come through).
3. Phone - call us toll-free to place your order over the phone with one of our sales reps 

What is your minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum to order for dropshipping!  For wholesale and/or private labeling, however, a minimum order of 12 bottles would be required in order to qualify.

Where is the product made and are you the manufacturer?

All of our products are made in the USA and we are the “DIRECT” manufacturer of the product.
Do you offer private labeling?
In order to qualify for private labeling, you need to either order wholesale or put down $100 worth of inventory in advance to your account, which can then be used as store credit towards your first batch of orders.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is FREE through our website!  Your package should usually arrive to your customers in 1-5 business days.  If you're interested in cutting costs via USPS First Class, contact us at for more information.
Will my customer know that they received a package from Infiniti Creations and not me?
No.  We offer blind dropshipping, meaning that your customers will not know that the package came from Infiniti Creations.  Our generic labels have no reorder information on them.  All of our packages are referenced as "Distribution Center" to help you retain your customers.
Do you have a money back guarantee?
Yes we do! Any unopened bottles can be returned for a full refund. You will only be refunded for the bottles that are unopened.
What is the startup cost?  Are there an cancellation fees?
There is no startup cost, cancelation cost, or any re-occurring charges. The only time your credit card is ever charged is when you place an order.  For security purposes we DO NOT keep your credit card on file, unless it is requested.
Do you guys offer any customer support?
We do offer customer support to our vendors (you) and you with your very own customer service representative for future assistance.  However, we will not offer customer service for your own customers.  For instance, if you have a few customers coming to you with lots of questions that you don’t have the answers to, we will provide you with those answers.  We will not contact your customers for you, that will still be your responsibility.
Do you build web pages?
No, we do not.  There are many sites and resources where we can help point you in the right direction for website and website building services.

Do you offer price matching?

Yes! We have a price match guarantee, as long as official documentation can be provided.  (Please note that price matching is based off the quantities ordered).

Can you provide any certificates/credentials?

We can provide the following certificates and credentials and more, based upon request.

  • Inspection Certificates by Department of Agriculture
  • Certificate of Analysis/Microbial Reports/MSDS
